Development plans for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.
Also included in this recent image disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for dock shelters.
Additional documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
